We rely on common sense to guide our decisions in business and in resolving any issues that may arise while dealing with both suppliers and customers.

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we cannot avoid human error completely, although we have implemented considerable quality management processes both internally and with our suppliers to minimise any such occurences.

If you have any concerns or are less than completely satisfied with any aspect of your interaction with Sami's Kitchen, we encourage you to contact us and we will resolve any issues directly with you.

If, for ANY reason, you are not absolutely happy with your product, please let us know within one month of your purchase and we will gladly take the product back and you will be offered the choice of either a replacement or refund of your purchase.
